We are so pleased with our Cruise . Most of all we were treated so special by Jay OUR Cruise planner . I must say Jay is not just a CRuise planner but has become a Friend that totally listened to our wants and needs for Cruise and remembers even OUR GRANDAUGHTHERS Birthday before we cruise. HE made us all feel very special and even text us the 1st day of the cruise to check on us HE booked are flights and transportation to and from the ship WOW WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE We are so pleased with our Cruise . Jay does an amazing job communicating the details and ensuring the entire trip is organized and completed exactly how intended. We had unforeseen problems due to weather and Jay stepped in and took care of all our changes perfectly, even at 5AM. Recommend Cruise Planners for all your needs, Jay is a true professional. We used Jay and Dawn with Cruise Planners for a trip to the Bahamas, and even when mother nature tried to slow us down, Jay stepped in at all hours of the day to make sure that we were happy and taken care of. We will absolutely use them in the future and are already planning our next two vacations with Jay And Dawn helping us experience life outside of our sweet town.
